Introducing VMAX

This is not your typical loan.

No credit check. No lien on your home. A fixed 5% rate for 10 years. It sounds too good to be true, so we built a 60-second survey that tells you straight whether it may work for you.

The obvious question

What’s the catch??

Fair question. Anything that says “no credit check” should make you at least a little suspicious. We’d be suspicious too.

Here’s the honest version: it isn’t magic, it isn’t for everyone, and there’s a real structure behind it. The good news is that many people who look into it find they may qualify for a loan they can put to work in their business or their life.

Answer a few quick questions. We’ll show you the way, and whether you may qualify to start the process.

What helps

Imperfect credit? Not a deal‑breaker.

Your credit score isn’t the gatekeeper here. These things matter more:

  • 01Higher income

The more you earn, the stronger your case. Business owners are a great fit.

  • 02Assets help a lot

Brokerage accounts, retirement savings or home equity help, but they aren’t required. No lien on your home.

  • 03Generally good health

The loan is backed by a life insurance policy, so you’ll go through standard insurance underwriting.

Our consulting expense applies only if you take a VMAX loan, and it’s only owed if you’re approved and your policy is delivered.

It runs $500–$2,500, scaled to your approved loan size, for orchestrating the strategy for your family. If it doesn’t go through, you don’t owe Capital Seven a consulting expense.3

The short version

Three pieces, one plan.

We’ll walk you through the details on a quick call. Here’s the outline.

  1. You qualify

A short intake and standard life insurance underwriting. No credit check.

  2. A lender steps in

A separate lender pays your first-year premium, and the policy secures the loan.

  3. Your company gets funded

Your LLC receives a 10-year, 5% fixed-rate loan, sized from your approved coverage.

60 seconds. No credit check.

Skeptical is healthy. Curious is better.

Important information. VMAX is a premium-financed, life-insurance-backed program. Life insurance coverage is subject to insurer underwriting and approval. The loan is offered by a separate lender and is subject to its underwriting, approval and terms. Not all applicants qualify, and approval is not guaranteed. This page is not an offer of insurance or credit and is not a commitment to lend. Rates, terms, loan amounts and program features are subject to change without notice. The results of the online survey are a preliminary screen only.

1 Loan amount is based on your approved coverage and the lender’s review; the range shown is typical, not guaranteed. The loan is real debt: your LLC repays it over 10 years, you personally guarantee it, and it may last longer than the policy’s coverage. 2 The current program does not run a credit check; the lender’s terms at the time you apply control. The lender holds the policy as collateral; no lien or deed is placed on your home or property. 3 Capital Seven LLC charges a consulting expense of $500 to $2,500 under a Consulting Services Agreement for orchestrating the strategy for your family. The amount is based on your approved loan size, and it applies only with a VMAX loan (not VMAX without a loan or VMAX with income). It is invoiced by Capital Seven LLC at delivery and owed only if you are approved and your policy is delivered. It is separate from your policy and loan. You also pay a notary charge at delivery. Capital Seven LLC is affiliated with the owners of the insurance agency; the agency, the lender and Capital Seven LLC are separate companies. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice; talk with your own advisor before you sign anything.
